How to do Weekly Poetry and Seven Stanza Poetry? (Septet Stanza)

During the last weeks of the month, you can write weekly poetry and write your poetry with seven stanzas. It might seem difficult at first, but writing every day can help you reduce your stress. You can write for thirty minutes and avoid worrying how your poetry might sound when it is being read. Carefully review your day and think about what you want to write about.
