A Beef Family Meal Recipe (National Family Meals Month)
On the first day of September, you can begin planning your back to school family meals. You can also encourage your family to eat together this month for National Family Meals Month. National Family Meals month begins on September 1st to help families to eat together and to spend family time. It is a month to prepare family meals and to plan healthier meals. Yet, it can be difficult to plan meals due to busy schedules, rotating schedules, or additional after school events.
Nonetheless, you can use leftovers to plan your family meals. In addition, you can have various condiments on the dinner table for family members to select especially if you cook meals without salt. Another tip is to turn off the cellphone or put the cellphone in sleep mode. Cook the family meal for one or two hours in advance. Besides that ask your family members what condiments they like to put on top of their meats, chicken, or fish.
Understand your family members meal preferences. Communicate with them to plan the family meals in advance. Offer two options of side dishes if possible. Lastly, practice listening to your family members to see what foods they dislike and like to eat. Here is the recipe.

Ground Turmeric
Ground Coriander
Onion Powder
Curry Powder
Chili Powder
Ground Ginger
Ground Cumin
Basil Leaves
Turkish Bay Leaves
One Packet of Beef
One Half of an Onion
Leftover Potatoes
Olives
Steak Sauce
Chicken Bouillon

Recipe:
Begin by selecting one or two steak sauces to add to the dinner table. However, ensure that the leftovers are fresh and smell well before reheating it. Set the dinner table with a seasonal theme or with a back to school theme. Next, begin cooking the beef with twelve spices. Add the twelve spices to the beef.
In one pot or skillet, add the bouillon with the Paprika, Curry, and Turmeric with water. Chicken Bouillon was used in this recipe. However, you can use beef bouillon when it is available in your kitchen. Stir the bouillon with the three spices in water before adding the beef. Cook the beef.
Add lemon juice as the beef cooks in the bouillon water mixture. Then add slices of onions and bay leaves to cook the beef. Cook the beef for forty five minutes to sixty minutes in water. After the meat is cooked, cut the meat into small pieces. Reheat the leftovers such as mixed vegetables, potatoes, or other vegetables.
Have salt and pepper on the dinner table for the family members that prefer it. Besides that have their steak sauces on the table. Serve the beef in a serving bowl with the onions with serving utensils. As well as having a separate bowl to serve the leftover side dishes such as potatoes, mixed vegetables, or other side dishes. Let your family members serve their meals together as everyone sits at the dinner table.
Finally, have a small bowl of olives to put on the side of the family beef meal. Next have questions to ask your family members about their day. Have a brief conversation at the dinner table. Keep the conversation in a calmly and optimistic manner. After eating dinner at the dinner table, read a fun short story or sing a song that all family members know.
Wash dishes together. Sing a children's song while your children are helping you to wash dishes. Have a good time during family meals month by making a promise to eat together throughout September. Purchase ready made side dishes if you are short of cooking time. Another tip is to have family members to bring ice cream, cake, Jello, or cookies to have after dinner.
Make dessert time an occasional treat for the family and to celebrate everyone's success. Use a calendar, a shopping list, and have a list of topics that are off limits during the family dinners. Play a card game after dinner or watch a family movie. Besides that make lemonade, iced tea, or fruit juice with shaped ice cubes. Plan the family meals while remaining calm and create joyful moments for each day spent with the family.
