Blueberry and Apricot Dessert


Blueberries are full of antioxidants and lower your blood pressure. Eating blueberries can also prevent heart disease and can improve your memory. Blueberries also control your cholesterol levels. One cup of blueberries contains fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. Blueberries reduce inflammation in the body and improve the texture of the skin. 

Apricots also have vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E which helps to nourish the skin. Apricots keep your heart healthy, improves digestion, and anemia. In addition, apricots reduce cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation. Apricots protect the liver, eyes, and the heart. Apricots and Blueberries make a delicious dessert. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 Apricots
A few blueberries
1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
Whipping Cream

First, wash the apricots and remove the seeds. Then, cut the apricot in small pieces. Add plain Greek yogurt in a small container with the apricots. Second, add the whipped cream. After that add more Greek plain yogurt. Third, add a few blueberries and in the center add whip cream. This dessert serves two people.
