Classical Music & Meditation

Listening to classical music at night helps you to fall asleep thirty minutes or less. It lowers your blood pressure and reduces your stress. Also, it connects parts of the brain making your brain stay sharp. Classical music reduces pain and it is very comforting. Yet, classical music also invigorates the mind and body.

Similarly,  classical music is beneficial for plants which makes them grow and last longer. It is recommended to listen to Chopin, Beethoven, and Ravel for adequate sleep at night. However, if you need to be energized and awaken, it is recommended to listen to J.S. Bach, Richard Strauss, Debussy, and Tchaikovsky. Meditating with classical music for twenty or thirty minutes is effective for managing your stress. Sitting or laying down while meditating and listening to classical music will help you forget about anything that bothers, frustrates, or angers you.

Additionally, classical music stimulates the brain for creativity and for romance. Listening to Handel, Puccini, and Rachmaninoff makes you feel sentimental. Taking deep breaths and letting your mind escape for a few minutes will help you feel good. Therefore, listening to classical music and doing yoga poses will establish a satisfactory exercise routine. Here are more resources about classical music and meditation.
