Finding Ways to Relax

support your immune system and help you sleep. Third, staying hydrated before
and after doing household chores helps the body to restore. Adding Persian

water and fiber in your diet.
Fourth, being
creative and watching less news on tv also helps you relax. Whether it is
painting, scrapbooking, or simply reading a book can have an amazing effect on
the brain and the nervous system. Sharing a joke or something funny on the
telephone with someone brings a stronger connection. Also, laughter is a great
way to relax for a few minutes. Watching a cartoon, comedy, or a funny movie
can lower your stress levels. Put your feet up, stretch, and exercise at home.
Fifth, try to
find new ways to relax at home and include it in your routine. Change your day
