Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month began in May of 1949 to educate and to be aware of mental health issues. Some of the issues are eating disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. These issues affect personal and work relationships. Some people around them do not understand their changes in behavior and other symptoms associated with mental health issues. But, by educating yourself and educating others about mental health issues it will make easier to understand it.

Green is used for Mental Health Awareness. Wearing a green t-shirt or something green to promote awareness for Mental Health. Be kind to people who have or may have a mental issue.
