Chicken Curry & Ground Cumin Pita Recipe

If you love eating pita breads, you will like this recipe. Pita breads have less calories and keeps you full for several hours. It also has fiber. This recipe includes pimentos. Ingredients:

Ground Cumin

Ground Black Pepper

Lemon and Pepper

Paprika

Curry

½ of Bell Peppers

½ of Onions

1 Chicken Pack

1 Bag of Pita Bread

1 Celery Stalk

1 to 2 Cucumbers

1 Bunch of Spinach

1 Jar of Pimentos

1 Jar or Can of Green Olives (optional)

Preparation & Cooking Time: 

Wash the celery, spinach, and cucumbers. Individually, remove the celery sticks.  Slice the celery and remove the leaves. Next, peel the cucumbers and slice it. After that set it aside.

Wash the chicken and remove the fat of the chicken. Add the following spices to the chicken: Paprika, Lemon and Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Cumin, and Curry. Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds and stem. Slice the bell peppers. Save the other half of the bell peppers for another recipe. Peel an onion and slice the onion in half. Slice one half of the onions. In one skillet, add the onions and bell peppers with the chicken. Add a little bit of water to cook the bell peppers, onions, and chicken. Once the chicken is ready, turn off the stove and set the chicken aside. Boneless Chicken usually cooks for fifteen minutes or until it is no longer pink.
