Cottage Cheese & Cantaloupe Fruit Medley

Cottage cheese is beneficial for keeping your bones strong and preventing bone loss. Cottage cheese has calcium, copper, vitamin B6, and zinc. Additionally, it has phosphorus which your bones and teeth need to keep them strong. Eating cottage cheese can lower your sugar. You can add cottage cheese for breakfast and as a light snack in between meals.

If you do not like to eat plain cottage cheese, you can add a variety of fruits. One fruit is cantaloupes. Cantaloupes have potassium, vitamin A, calcium, copper, and iron. This fruit is an excellent choice to eat if you are diabetic, have asthma, and high blood pressure. Cantaloupes are good for the cardiovascular, ocular, and immune systems.

In this example, cottage cheese, cantaloupes, blueberries, and pineapples were mixed. Use a melon baller to make melon balls. Also, you can use precut fruit to make your cottage cheese bowls. Serve immediately after you prepare your cottage cheese and fruit medley. It does not need sugar, honey, and whipped cream.  Below are more resources about cottage cheese and cantaloupes.
