Salmon Dinner


Consuming salmon once or twice a week is beneficial for your overall health. Salmon has potassium, folic acid, and omega 3. In addition, it has B12, and it is a good source of protein. It reduces inflammation in the body. Salmon can be cooked with different spices and herbs. 


One way to cook salmon is by using basil. Basil has vitamin K, antioxidants, and calcium. It helps to lower your sugar levels. As well as giving support to your liver. Here is the recipe for making this salmon dinner.


Ingredients: 


1 package of salmon

Basil leaves

Ground cumin

Cayenne pepper

Ground ginger 

Lemon

Asparagus 

Iceberg lettuce

Spinach

Corn

Celery

Salad dressing

Bell peppers

Onions

Olive Oil or any other cooking oil


Preparation and Cooking Time: 


Begin by washing and slicing the bell peppers. Peal an onion and slice the onion in half. Next, use half of the onions for the salmon. Save the other half of the onions for another recipe. After that in one skillet, place the sliced bell peppers and onions. 


Remove the salmon from the package. Add spices and basil leaves to the salmon. Boil the salmon in water with the bell peppers and onions. Next, use iceberg lettuce and spinach to make a salad. Slice the celery into smaller pieces. 


Add corn and celery to the salad. Then, cook the asparagus in another pot with water. Another way to cook the salmon is by cooking it in oil. Turn the salmon on each side until it changes to a lighter pink color. Serve the salmon, asparagus, and the salad with lemon slices.
