National I AM Day

The second Sunday in March is National I AM Day. It is a day to do self-care and positive affirmations for self-encouragement. Self-encouragement makes you think positively while having setbacks. But to do self-encouragement you need to do self-motivation. Self-motivation is an internal component that makes you feel a zest for continuing your goals.

Self-encouragement makes you believe that everything will be for the best. It does not make you avoid negativity all at once, but it helps you to worry less. Additionally, self-motivation includes external components that make you want to continue with your objectives. National I AM Day is a day to focus on yourself positively. Thinking positively and having a cheerful outlook.

It is not a day to feel less of yourself. On the contrary, National I AM Day is a day to continue being motivated with self-confidence and a better attitude. As well as a reminder to be positive for your physical and mental health. Believe in yourself for better health. Do not stop yourself if you fail but continue to be inspired.

Also, having self-compassion when things go wrong. Self-encouragement motivates you to have self-compassion and determination. On National I AM Day takes time to do self-care and positive affirmations instead of worrying. Positive affirmations must inspire you and make you feel good about yourself. Here is a brief list of positive affirmations.

  1. I am filled with self-compassion.
  2. I am constantly learning with enthusiasm.
  3. I am working with a positive mindset.

  6. I am a delightful person.
  7. I am a marvelous person to others.
  8. I am treasured.

Although this is a brief list, you can make a longer list in your journal. National I AM day is not being selfish. It is a day to take care of your thoughts emotionally and to take care of yourself. Moreover, spend a few minutes with yourself and manage your emotions. Here are website links about self-encouragement and self-motivation.
