It is recommended to cook early in the summer morning to prevent overheating your home. Once the meal is cooked, keep in mind the serving portions of each family member. Additionally, present the meals by not filling the entire plate especially if you are feeding your children, elderly, or adults that have a small appetite.

Another tip is to garnish your meals using the same ingredients that were used to cook the meals. Add a variety of color, texture, and enticing aromas to make your meals. Ingredients and Spices:


Whole Coriander Seeds

Tarragon

Paprika

Ground Ginger

Ground Garlic Powder

Ground Mustard Seed

Turmeric 

Curry Powder

One chicken packet

Bell peppers

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Corn

Garlic cloves

Mustard sauce 


Begin by adding the spices and sliced bell peppers. Add garlic cloves and cook the chicken in a pot with water. After the chicken is cooked in water, turn off the stove. Next, in a skillet add the cooked bell peppers, add coriander seeds, and the chicken with extra virgin olive oil. Turn the chicken on both sides for five to seven minutes.


After that open, a can of corn or use a corn peeler to remove corn from the cob. Warm up the corn. Next, on a plate add the chicken and bell peppers with the cooked coriander seeds. Add mustard on the side. Use a small container to serve the corn.
