When the water evaporates, the quinoa is ready. Serve the quinoa with the chicken without the bay leaves and with the bell peppers and with the onions. Refrigerate the leftover quinoa. Cooked quinoa can last for five to seven days in the refrigerator. Reheat the quinoa with a little bit of broth or water.
