Tofu and Celery Dinner

Ingredients:
Ground Onion Powder
Basil Leaves
Ground Garlic Powder
Ground Chili Powder
Parsley Flakes
Ground Paprika
Firm Tofu
Potatoes
Celery Sticks
Hummus
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt (Optional)
Freeze Dried Chives
Recipe:
Drain water from the tofu. Then use paper towels to remove the excess of water. Slice the tofu in half. After that add the following spices: Onion Powder, Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, and Basil. In one skillet, add the extra virgin olive oil and the tofu.
Wash and peel potatoes. Slice the potatoes. Cook potatoes in a skillet with spray or butter. While the potatoes are cooking, turn on each side of the tofu. Once the potatoes are soft and tender, serve the potatoes with the tofu.
Wash and slice the celery sticks. Serve the potatoes, tofu, celery sticks, and hummus on the side of the dinner plate. Refrigerate the leftover Tofu, potatoes, and the celery sticks in separate containers. This meal serves two people. Nonetheless, you can serve this meal with iced tea, hot tea, lemonade, or other beverages.
