Inner Knowing, Inner Strength, and True Self

When work becomes more stressful along with more workloads, it can feel like you are going in several directions. It is inevitable to feel self-doubted and constantly worrying about whether you are on the right career path. As well as feeling frustration and not wanting to make a mistake in anything that you do in the workplace. The fear of failure might make you procrastinate, postpone, decline, or avoid new experiences. Yet, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders can occur when there are too many stressful situations and emotional pain.

Not believing that you can trust yourself and being too hard on yourself can make it difficult to connect with your inner self. It is necessary to practice inner knowing through Yoga, Mindfulness, journaling, or another mind and body exercise. To silence one’s thoughts can be challenging as well as listening to one's body sensations. Yet, focusing on being present is one step closer to inner knowing. Be aware of your sensations and practice it more for clarity, overtime practicing inner knowing can help you understand yourself and others.

Make a note about your experiences and listen to your intuitive feelings. It is often useful to write down what you experience such as goosebumps, a cold sensation, a warm sensation, or warmth in your cheeks. Your body sensations can be part of your intuitive thoughts. Often intuitive thoughts can be confused with a Deja vu experience. However, always seek professional medical help if you feel a sharp pain, stiffness, or discomfort.

Keep in mind that the more you listen to your body’s sensations and intuitive thoughts, it can become a strong feeling of inner knowing. Understanding yourself with self-awareness can help you focus on what you see. Additionally, it can help you focus on the present without distractions, worries, or letting your doubts take over. Recovering your inner peace, inner self, and feelings with self-honesty can make you feel comfortable with yourself. Practice listening to your intuitive thoughts for five to ten minutes a day.

It is often difficult to awaken your feelings, especially when your feelings are suppressed and not emotionally expressed. Dedicate more time to yourself and remind yourself that it is necessary to make errors. It can be a learning experience, or it can make you find solutions to improving yourself in the workplace. Seek professional help if you struggle with the fear of failure. Practice self-trust, self-honesty, and do not let anyone make you feel that you are on the wrong career path.

Enjoy your new job or your present job with inner strength, inner knowing, and your true self. It is recommended to evaluate your feelings with self-reflection to practice self-honesty. Breathing deeply and focusing on every Yoga pose in silence. Letting go of self-criticism and having inner strength to progress with your authentic self.
