Marjoram Beef Dinner (Father's Day 2026)


Cooking beef for special occasions can be stressful, especially if you are a beginner as an amateur chef. Yet you can make simple side dishes as you begin cooking with beef. Also, you can practice cooking several types of beef as you learn what flavors you and your family likes. Experimenting spices and ready-made sauces can help you decide what flavors you enjoy. Be prepared ahead of time with the ingredients and practice relaxation techniques before you cook your meals. 


Preparing meals with beef can be challenging especially if the meat is tough or too dry after it is cooked. It is best to cook meat in a low to medium heat and to keep an eye on it as it cooks. However, cooking beef as a beginner can be fun and a learning process. Nevertheless, this simple recipe can be made for Father's Day or for another occasion. Here is the recipe. 


Ingredients:


Chili Powder 

Tarragon 

Ground Ginger

Ground Mustard 

Ground Coriander Seed

Marjoram 

One packet of Boneless Beef

One Onion

Bell Peppers 

Two Garlic Cloves

Two Lemons


Recipe:


Select the following spices: Chili powder, Tarragon, Ground Ginger, Ground Mustard, Ground Coriander Seed, and Marjoram to add to the beef. Add lemon juice, slices of bell peppers, and slices of onions with pressed garlic. After that, cook the beef with lemon juice and water with all the ingredients. As the beef cooks, boil carrots and broccoli or other vegetables. Alternatively, you can use frozen vegetables. 


Cook the beef for one hour or one hour in a half in water. After that remove, the beef from the pot. Serve the beef with the carrots and broccoli with lemon slices. Another way to cook this beef meal is by cooking the beef with the bell peppers and pressed garlic. Once the beef is cooked, add a few slices of sautéed onions to serve it. 


Save any leftovers in separate containers. Practice cooking beef ahead of time. Nevertheless, you can add steak sauce or salt and pepper after the beef is cooked. Serve this meal with iced tea, lemonade, or other beverages. Happy Father's Day!
