Growing natural nails takes time and adding healthy reminders through positive affirmations can be helpful. Another tip is to use household items to make your self-care routine to massage your nail cuticles. To help grow your natural nails, it is best to avoid biting and using your nails to open items. During the summer season, you can take care of your hands and nails with lemon juice, sugar, eggs, honey, or oils. In addition, drinking tea and taking vitamins for your nails can be helpful to grow stronger nails. 


It is recommended to use nail oils or petrolatum for your cuticles. Using olive oil, avocado oil, or sweet almond oil can be used to keep your cuticles and nails healthy. As well as keeping hydrated. Drinking tea such as green tea can help you relax and can be helpful for growing stronger nails. Soaking your nails in warm tea for ten minutes can be useful and can help you practice mindfulness. Another version of soaking your nails with an egg yolk is by using avocado oil, olive oil, or coconut oil.

However, if you want to soak your nails with warm tea, you can use chamomile tea, green tea, white tea, black tea, or dandelion root tea. Keep your nails soaked in warm tea for ten minutes. Rinse your nails and hands with freezing water. 




Dry your hands with a soft towel. After that you can apply hand lotion. However, if you want to paint your nails, you can skip the hand lotion. Ensure you use a base coat before painting your nails with the selected nail polish. Next, wait for the nail polish to dry before using a clear top protective nail polish.

Eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, protein, and checking for vitamin deficiencies with your primary doctor. Use mild soap, warm water, and a hand lotion to keep your nails and hands moisturized.
