Monograms with Two Letters

Monogram underwear is so easy to do in hand embroidery. It is a quick project to do on a rainy day or any other day when you want to do embroidery. In this example, two letters were embroidered on the front of the underwear. Depending on how quickly you embroider by hand, you can make many pairs with monograms. Here is the tutorial.

Materials: 

Embroidery thread/floss

Embroidery needle

Printed Cotton Underwear 

Scissors

Pen 

Instructions: 

Wash and dry the underwear. Then write your initials with a pen. Then insert the thread into the embroidery needle. After that insert the needle where the letter was written onto the fabric. Follow the lines to embroider the letter. 

Make curvy lines to make a cursive look to the letters. After that continue adding more curvy shapes while you embroider the letters. Then embroider the second letter using the same color thread. Avoid getting distracted by the printed design of the fabric. This project may take thirty minutes or an hour depending on how fast you embroider by hand.
