It is National Seafood Month! Seafood meals are easy to make with a few ingredients. Keep in mind that seafood meals need to be served and eaten promptly. These seafood recipes are fun to make for lunch and dinner. The first recipe is spaghetti, tofu, and clams.

Ingredients:

One box of Spaghetti

One or two cans of clams

Tomatoes

Tofu

Olive oil or butter

Spices:

Black pepper

Curry

Cumin

Ginger

Lemon & Pepper

Soy sauce or BBQ sauce

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation and Cooking Time:

Follow the instructions on the box to cook the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti in a pot with water. While the spaghetti is cooking, make your tofu. Open one box of firm tofu and drain the water. Remove the excess water with paper towels.

Add the spices to the tofu on both sides. In one skillet, add the extra olive oil and the tofu. Cook each side of the tofu. After that add soy sauce or barbecue sauce. Cook the tofu for a few more minutes until it is golden brown.

Turn off the stove and remove the tofu from the skillet. Slice the tofu into cubes. Wash one tomato and slice it. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add the spaghetti in bowls. Add the sliced tomatoes and mix it with the spaghetti.

Open one can of clams and remove the water or oil. Then add the cooked clams with the spaghetti and tomatoes. Add the tofu. Serve this meal immediately. This meal serves one or two people.
