Consuming seafood in the summer is beneficial especially if you have a tough time sleeping. It contains tryptophan which is needed for preparing your body for sleep. As well as magnesium which helps with sleeping and for your bones. Also eating shrimp might help if you are feeling tired and need energy to do your summer activities. Today I am sharing one of my favorite shrimp recipes that I like to make in the summer.

Always consult with your primary doctor before consuming shrimp. Shrimp has Zinc, Iodine, Calcium, Copper, and vitamin E. It can be made many ways and is quick to make during any season. Consuming shrimp is also beneficial for the skeletal system and for kidney health. Lastly, it can help protect the skin because of antioxidants.

Eating shrimp in the summer season is quick and easy to make. It has Omega 3 fatty acid. It is recommended to eat fish in the summer, especially for the cardiovascular system. Additionally, shrimp provides protein that muscles need because of an amino acid that it contains. Here is the recipe for making this dill shrimp with a baguette on the side.
