Sleeping through the night during the summer season can be challenging. The summer heat keeps you awake at night and makes you sweat. As well as making you toss and turn while you are trying to sleep. Additionally, if you have late meals can make it harder to fall asleep. Changes in body temperature, summer allergies, and more sugary drinks are other reasons for making it tough to sleep at night.
