How to Celebrate Upsy Daisy Day?
Every
year on June 8th is National Upsy Daisy Day. It is a day filled with
positivity, gratitude, and by doing something you like to do. Since 2003, this
day is dedicated to waking up in the morning with a cheerful outlook. This day
began with Stephanie West Allen, who founded this day of cheer and positivity.
You can celebrate National Upsy Day by helping others to feel optimistic,
cheerful, and with gratitude.
National Upsy Daisy Day is a celebration that can be celebrated at home, at work, or anywhere that makes you feel cheerful and comfortable. Listen to guided meditations while watching the sunlight through your windows in the morning. Meditate by standing in front of the window. Raise your arms up, move side to side, and fold your hands while staring near your window. You can also do Yoga poses or Tai Chi while staring at your windows.
Another way to
feel positive in the morning is by reading comic strips or watching something
funny on television. Also, do your morning activities slowly and enjoy your day
with relaxing activities. Listen to music and do cheerleader exercises.
Alternatively, you can dance in the morning for an hour after having breakfast.
Also, walking or stretching can help boost your mood.
Make a nutritious
healthy meal while teaching your children to cook. Have your meals together and
have conversations about encouragement, positivity, and gratitude. Surprise
your partner with breakfast in bed and avoid checking your cellphones in the
morning. Spend time with your partner and family members by practicing Yoga,
Tai Chi, or dancing in the living room. Celebrate this day by reading positive
affirmations for happiness and for gratitude.
Meditate with
daisies for inner peace and for your inner happiness. Although it takes time to
feel inner happiness, it is possible to feel optimistic and cheerful by finding
ways to feel this positive emotion. It is necessary to take care and to
remember positive experiences for your mental and physical wellness. Celebrate
Upsy Daisy Day with hope and give thank you daisy cards to your friends. Share
your cheerfulness with others with cheerful quotes or thank them.
Make daisies,
draw daisies, or decorate your home with yellow daisies to feel cheerful
throughout the day. Yellow daisies symbolize joy and cheerfulness. You can also
give yellow daisies to your friends. Happy National Upsy Daisy Day! Below are
