Hunt for Happiness Week begins on the third week of January. On the third Sunday of January, you can concentrate and celebrate Hunt for Happiness Week by doing something that makes you smile. Besides smiling, dedicating some time to reflecting, making a joy planner, or a weekly list of items that made you smile. For example, it can be a romantic picnic with your partner that makes you feel cheerful. Also, if you smiled seeing the moonlight while counting the stars from the night sky. 


A hug from your partner can also be one happiness item. Yet, set reminders to do something for yourself and for others to help them practice happiness. Have a happiness bullet point journal, paint a happy face, or do a dance that makes you happy. Another tip to celebrate Hunt for Happiness Week is by traveling to a new destination and doing sightseeing. Here is a celebration list of ideas for Hunt Happiness Week.
