Finding inner strength through mindfulness can be done slowly and can help you to get to know yourself. Inner strength is found within you, with your smile, and with a calm manner. Through mindfulness one can focus on one's breathing by slowing down to relax. Concentrate on letting go of the past, rejections, and hurtful comments. Visualize your inner strength as a strong and heavy rock. As the situations become chaotic, visualize your heavy rock floating in the water. Last, believe that you can overcome tricky situations as your inner strength allows you to continue finding solutions to your decisions. 


Although not all situations can be solved within days or years, meditation can help you reflect, focus, and continue practicing patience. Building inner strength helps you to feel motivated and to be courageous during stressful times. Make a habit to practice gratitude, self-compassion, and self-care to take care of yourself.
