Begin by adding plain yogurt in a small mason jar. Then, add chia seeds and mix it with the yogurt. After that add cranberries. You can use cranberries with reduced sugar or less sugar for this yogurt recipe. Next, add a spoonful of plain yogurt.
Peel one ripe banana. Then, slice the banana. Add the banana slices inside the mason jar. Continue adding more yogurt. Last add whipped cream and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
